Thanks for shopping with Bodega Clothing. Each item is made to order, then shipped to you. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.
Made-to-Order Processing Time
Because we are a print-on-demand brand, your item is produced after you place your order.
Processing time (production): typically 2–7 business days
Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, major promotions, or holidays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time (After Production)
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your shipping method, destination, and carrier conditions.
Estimated shipping time: typically 2–7 business days (U.S.)
International shipping: varies by country and customs processing
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen (weather, holidays, customs, etc.).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
your delivery address,
package weight/size,
and selected shipping method (if available).
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when provided by the carrier).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
If you order multiple items, they may:
ship from different facilities, and/or
arrive in separate packages at different times.
You won’t be charged extra shipping just because your order is split, but timing can vary by item type and availability.
Address Accuracy (Very Important)
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an order is returned due to:
an incorrect address,
incomplete address,
or being unclaimed/undeliverable,
we may need to charge additional shipping to reship it, or issue a refund minus shipping and handling (where applicable).
Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window after purchase.
If you need to change:
address
size
color
or cancel
contact us immediately at support@bodegaclothing.com with your order number. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any:
customs fees,
import taxes,
or duties
charged by your country. These are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customs delays can also extend delivery times.
Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don’t have it:
check around your property (porch, mailbox, leasing office),
ask neighbors/household members,
and contact the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, email us at support@bodegaclothing.com and we’ll help you take the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
your order number, and
clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review it and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or resolution.
